The study and training activities of Sreshtachara Sabha are conducted in the traditional Indian style of imparting the Guru to the disciple the spiritual practices which are conducive to spiritual upliftment. The Shresthacharasabha implements the principle of realization of God through the teacher-disciple relationship.

Religion does not exist on the basis of spirituality but on the basis of rituals. Today we know that there was a lot of damage in it. We all know that. In 1987, the late Madhavji took the initiative to revive, revitalize and strengthen the rituals and proclaimed a Paliam Proclamation at the Paliat. But it has not been a success .The second important thing is that the Church is doing that. The church is carrying out all the rituals and creating teachers who are capable of doing it.
